"SELF STUDY" ATIH 4-day workshop:
Regarding this online self study workshop format:
In June 2024, I recorded a workshop attended by 8 participants with the intention to be able to offer the recording in a self-study pre-recorded format. It was an amazing group of lovely souls and the energy of the group was so loving and high vibrational that they all agreed to let me use the recording in this way.
While teaching, I included information that would be helpful for someone attending on their own, but it still has all the valuable questions and sharing's from the group of participants. It was amazing.
How the self study format will work is I would send you a recording of day one through google drive. You would go through day one at your own pace. Afterward we would have an exchange to ask questions and share experiences of the day. then I would remove your access to day one’s recording and send the next day's recording etc.
We would establish audio correspondence capability to be able to leave audio messages back and forth as you go through the workshop. This can be on telegram, facebook messenger or phone text if you are in the US.
IMPORTANT: It is ideally recommended to go through the workshop following the same 4 day format, just on your own schedule, but you could also take up to 2 weeks AT MOST. It is important to complete the workshop within 2 weeks time so as to not lose momentum and energy while going through it and to keep it alive in you. 2 weeks allows plenty of time and 2 weekends if it needs to be done in that way. Each workshop day is 5-6 hours long. I will be removing access to the workshop after 2 weeks, once you start, even if not completed, so do plan your schedule accordingly to commit the time.
the workshop is 23 hours total, including breaktimes.

If you want someone else to join you in-person and view it on the same computer in the same room together, I will offer you a referral discount of $50 off the tuition, for yourself AND anyone you might invite to join you. This only applies if you are watching together on the same computer at the same time.
***Required Preparation before attending the workshop:***
1. Please read the book "Living In The Heart'' by Drunvalo Melchizedek. This book is available on Amazon.com as a paperback book or as a digital download Ebook. It is also available at all major bookstores nationwide like Borders and Barnes and Noble in the U.S., and many metaphysical/new age bookstores.

2. Additional “recommended” Books by Drunvalo Melchizedek (not required): The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life, Vol 1&2. This is not required, and most attendees have not read the books but you might enjoy checking them out and reading what interests you.
3. Please purchase a MINDFOLD meditation mask or something similar. This is an essential piece of gear for the workshop to ensure 100% darkness for the meditations at the mindfold website here or easily on Amazon here.
If you are unable to acquire a Mindfold, you may use another sleep mask or even a scarf or other fabric, but it is NOT ideal. They are under $15. Don't want to purchase one? test the one you have, with your eyes open inside the mask do you see ANY light enter? If so, you need a Mindfold. Please do not dismiss this important part of the work if possible. You will understand how valuable this one item is for our meditations. These are truly the best meditation masks for our needs.
