1. INDIVIDUAL SOUND-SESSION (In Person- Home Studio):
I offer powerful, deeply nourishing individual sound-healing sessions in my home studio in the Sedona area (Cottonwood).
Each session is tailored to support the balancing of your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies.
The Sound-Healing session focuses on clearing density and disordered patterns from your field and heart, creating spaciousness within your being, and infusing it with light, coherence, and love.
🪶 Rate: $160 for a 90-minute appointment 🪶60 minutes for the Sound Journey
🪶15 minutes before for dialog, settling in, intention
🪶15 minutes after for integration and conversation
Ceremonial Add-Ons (Optional, adds 30 minutes)
Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance (as scheduling allows).

3. GROUP SOUND-BATHS (At Your Location):
Perfect for retreats, workshops, weddings, birthdays, funerals, workplace wellness programs, celebrations and private events. Indoor or outdoor. I bring my full set of instruments and can provide mats, blankets, and eye masks upon request.

4: ONLINE INDIVIDUAL SONG/SOUND-HEALING
An intuitive remote 1:1 session using vocal toning, song, gong, singing bowls, chimes, handpan, intention setting, and energy work. Clearing outdated patterns, and anchoring changes and upgrades into your field.

A virtual sound journey on Zoom for groups joining together or from separate locations.

What is a Sound Bath or Sound Healing?
Sound Healing uses vibration and frequency to guide the body, mind, and energy field from imbalance into balance. A Sound Bath is both passive and participatory: you lie down, relax, and slow your breath, while also becoming gently aware of the tones and vibrations moving through your space. In this stillness, sound works much like a mantra—helping the mind settle and the body drop into deeper states of restoration.
Sound supports this process through entrainment, where the brain naturally attunes to an external rhythm or frequency. Steady, coherent sounds can shift the brain from beta (normal waking state) into alpha (relaxed awareness), theta (meditative state), and even delta (deep rest), where profound restoration and inner healing can occur.

🪶Treat yourself and loved ones to a sound healing session with Viola Rose. She plays a variety of instruments to bless your sound journey. It's intuitively led and different each time. The symphony gong is a highlight, but personally tonight I was most touched by the double chamber native flute and its drone humm, and the hand pan drum with Viola singing along.
