I offer Kava ceremonies using gold-standard, ethically sourced kava root, high in kavalactones—known to support relaxation, reduce anxiety, and enhance social connection.
These 30-minute ceremonies can be added to:

$60 base rate (includes one person)

I provide freshly prepared ceremonial kava, mugs, and supportive ritual elements such as sacred song, smudging with palo santo, guided gratitude prayer, and intention-setting.
What Happens in a Kava Ceremony
The ceremony begins with intention setting for deep peace, joy, and relaxation. We then share a traditional “Bula!” (like a Fijian “cheers”) and drink the kava together in one go—a fun and heart-opening practice. Afterward, we enjoy fresh citrus to complement the earthy taste of the kava.
Kava ceremonies are grounding and calming. They pair beautifully with Sound-Healing sessions, particularly in the evening when deep relaxation and nervous system restoration are the focus. While cacao is energizing and heart-opening, kava provides a gentle, body-centered relaxation for those seeking calm and tranquility.
