I offer Kava ceremonies using gold standard ethically sourced kava kava root with high Kavalactones ( which is know to reduce anxiety)
I make up the blend in the traditional way, just kava brewed with water, served lukewarm.
These ceremonies can be added on to my other offerings: Sound-Healing sessions, group Sound-Baths, Spiritual Counseling sessions, Heart meditation classes.
The ceremony takes about 20 minutes
My rates are $25 per person, with a $50 minimum
I provide the freshly and ceremonially prepared kava, mugs, and some other ceremonial aspects such as song, smudging with palo santo and guided gratitude prayer and intention setting.
I guide participants through intention setting for deep peace joy and relaxation. Then we say "Bula!" Which is like Cheers in Fijan, and then we chug it together in one go (this is fun) and then chase it with some citrus pieces that I will also bring as it's taste is pretty earthy.
The kava root is a relaxation aid, anxiety reducer and social enhancer. I find it goes nicely with sound healing sessions. Cacao is popular these days but it can also be too energizing for some and counter productive for deep relaxation of the body so I like to have kava as an option especially if the Sound-Bath will be in the evening.
